The hotel is beautiful inside and out.
The list of what’s not included in the all inclusive package is endless. There were times I stood in line for 20mins for a drink which was not poured in front of me but behind a closed door. Which leaves a done as to what was I drinking.

The hotel was very clean but had a very welcoming feel about it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were so lovely to sleep on.
The pools were lovely and the entertainment was great.
The food unfortunately wasn’t always tasty and hot. I think that there could of been more choices or food themes.
There was no slimline tonic on the all inclusive package although you could buy it.

It was clean, friendly and a great value for money. I would come back and stay here again!
Both the tennis court and spa facilities were out of use due to the second part of the hotel being refurbished.

The room, the pool area, the gym
The buffet and restaurant menus had many incorrect or incomplete allergen markings (my wife is gluten intolerant), and the staff generally were not so good at identifying if something had gluten.
