Overall a very pleasant trip. Spa and gym were exceptional. Apart from Ursula the reception staff were very curt and did not share any information willingly so it was difficult to find out what was going on or how to access things.
The reception staff, the leaks in the roofs; not for me personally but the waiting staff were made to work in very dangerous circumstances when there was a massive leak over their work area and they were slipping. Shows that the Bahia group do not care forr their staff wellbeing. Also a big chunk of plaster fell off in the roofs when of the foyer- dangerous for everyone in the area.

We have not realized the size of the hotel but we became finalized with the layout after a few days. Room was OK but a little tried. Bathroom also needed updating. Food was good with a wide selection in the buffet restaurant.

The Staff were very freindly
Location, room very dated doors scratched handles on doors rusty, no facilitys in room for hot drink, no were to hang wet bathing clothes to dry. All places for a hot drink dident open till 10am. The layout of the complex is very bad for older people and people with pushchairs. Dining areas situated at the very top which is all up hill and 4 flights of steps.
