The property is beautiful and well maintained. The food and drinks are superb. We stayed at the Privilege area and it was lovely.
Compared to were I stayed before in resorts the entertainment was a not as good. The theatre didn’t offer enough seating area to enjoy the shows.

Good facilities, pools, room, location subject to bad points noted below.
The hotel is located next door to the loudest hotel in Tenerife, Hard Rock Hotel, between the hours of 11am and 5pm daily this hotel blasts out music at vast volume such that the balcony of the room is unuseable and disturbs the pool area almost as much. This must be against the noise level laws in Tenerife. Despite the good qualities of the hotel otherwise, I would not book in again for this reason.
