Family of 9 - loved this hotel! Best room we’ve had as a family of 4, other family members very comfortable too! Restaurants had lovely spread of food. Drinks were excellent. Staff were so kind to our children and brought great energy. Catered for many different nationalities no ‘Brits abroad’ culture. Even smoking/vaping was respectful in designated areas and not near children! Really impressed - loved our stay!
So minor - but the room towels are TINY! I’m not a large woman and the towel was the size of a hand towel you’d use to wrap your hair!

The hotel staff and the room itself were great. We had an incident with ants but the cleaning staff took care of it immediately.
The quality of the drinks and food were not great. We weren’t expecting the highest of quality, especially being all inclusive, but there were meals we wouldn’t eat anything other than pizza (and we’re not picky eaters)and the drinks were pre-fabricated in a machine and they use white labeled (non-brand names) alcohol.
