Comfortable bed and nicely equipped.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The location was great!
Breakfast was excellent!
The spa was very disappointing! The temperature of the sauna, steam room and hot tub were not hot enough! The water in the hot tub was cloudy.

The location was strategic, with plenty of eateries nearby and just a short walk from Passeig de Gràcia.
My room had a persistent and pungent cigarette smell throughout my three nights of stay. Despite leaving the balcony door open to ventilate the room, the smell remained as it seemed to be coming through the ventilation system. I raised this issue with the front desk, but unfortunately, the only solution offered was an air freshener, which did nothing to eliminate the smell. It was extremely unpleasant and disappointing to have to sleep in a room filled with cigarette odour for three consecutive nights, especially when no proper solution was provided.
