The room was very clean, staff were very nice and helpful.
The value for money isn’t great. Very expensive, not super close to the center and nothing special about the hotel itself.

Beautiful design, amazing location, super comfortable bed, robes in a bathroom. Really appreciate those things
When we arrived we were informed that heating is off now as it’s a summer season(13.03) and normally I would understand but a day after it was the coldest day. In our room it was maybe 15 degrees. Drought was flowing through the thin windows and we could not move comfortably in the room. It was so freezing we couldn’t warm up.
Other thing is the staff. Cleaning staff - brilliant. Reception staff - to be replaced. They all had attitude. We had to leave on a day when marathon was on. We asked reception for help so we can figure out the best way to get to the airport. On two different occasions different guys were so unhelpful and basically saying it’s our problem and laughing that it’s going to be hard.
Last year in a different hotel we were informed about the marathon beforehand and we received map advising where to get transport, we didn’t have to ask for anything. Here I found the staff quite unfriendly and unhelpful, which is shocking cause the hotel is more expensive than any other in this location.
Not worth the money. I’m sure you can get a better deal with a working heating and pleasant staff.
There are no facilities like a bar or a restaurant or gym. Just the lounge, but for some reason you pay a lot of money for the design.
