great choice

the location was excellent - in the center, the room was very clean which was most important for me, the staff was helpful and kind. the overall interior design was great.

Convenient, friendly, and comfortable.

The staff were very helpful. The espresso maker in the room was very appreciated, and the rain shower was great. Close to everything. Super easy stay.

Strange not to have a deadbolt or a peep hole on the door but our hotel in Valencia did not have one either. The deadbolt feels important. Otherwise - an awesome stay with great staff.

We have stayed at this hotel several times & it’s always offered value for money. The staff are very friendly & helpful & rooms clean & comfortable. Breakfast is really good & offers lots of choice

H10 Universitat gave me a super wonderful experience at Barcelona city center!

the location was perfect!!! right in the city center and staff were super nice! and helpful. Good breakfast buffet. Room was huge with super comfy bed and the bathroom was divine 💞

Buen hotel, pero….

Habitación muy cómoda. Buena ubicación. Muy buen desayuno.

Que llegamos a las 2 de la mañana con 2 niños pequeños y el recepcionista de noche nos dijo que al día siguiente no nos podían subir el desayuno a la habitación, que teniamos que madrugar y subirnos nosotros mismos el desayuno en bandejas. Increible!

Central but noisy

The location of this hotel was fantastic, very central and close to landmarks. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom shower was wonderful. The hotel bar/restaurant has a great view of the city and tasty drinks.

We were awoken three of the four mornings of our stay around 8 am by loud construction occurring on the floor above our room. The staff did eventually update the construction work to begin at 10 am on 4th morning of our stay, and apologized for the inconvenience, but it still put a big damper on our stay here.

Lovely last night stay...

Fabulous location. The hotel is really 6 or 7 mins walk to Rambla. View from the roof bar is great. Breakfast, lovely. Room with balcony over looking noisy road but extremely quiet in our room. Really big room. Very clean and good bed. Great stay. Used local yellow and black taxi to airport which reception booked at only €31.

It's a little pricey but not too much for the location. Paid for breakfast included and balcony, so I suppose good for Barcelona. Hotel faultless and reception friendly.

The toilets in the smaller rooms were in the bedroom with frosted glass. The pizza in the terrace bar was not very nice!

The location and the rooms even though they were very small

I didn't like to be told that I would stay in the same room for all time of my stay and then not able to enter my room and asked to move to another. I would like to stress that I had called the hotel to inform that there were 2 reservations in sequence under my name due to a change in plans. I never asked for an upgrade (i was given a better room than i had reserved on the first day), in fact i was pleasantly surprised upon my arrival to be told that I would have the room for the 2 reservations. The next day I was asked to move from my room to another one because I would be placed in the category I had paid for

Rooms and cleanliness.

Only one of the receptionists were a little under trained. He did not know what he was doing at all. You should not have receptionist deal with customers before they are ready. His language was not professional and unaccomadating.

Breakfast was good for European guests but not a good choice of food for UK guests . We don’t eat all the sweet stuff . Omelette would be good .
