Staff were friendly and attentive.
Location with amazing sea views.
Very kind that they wished us with dessert.
Shower power was excellent and good size room and mirrors.
The room had a a few areas that could be cleaner or repaired. I usually expect slippers in a 4 star hotel. The price is quite high for a 4 star considering we had room only, but I feel this is because Palma generally is more expensive compared to other European cities.

The Staff were lovely. The pool area was nice, overlooking marina with good views and all facilities were to hand, bar restaurant, toilets.
When we arrived we were allocated a dreadful room , tired with peeling paint and our “view” was a brick wall with graffiti and metal railings. We never usually complain but did & was offered another room but at extra cost. We were not willing to pay for the basic standard of room expected in first place. I made contact with booking.com by live chat but did not continue with complaint when were moved to another room at no extra charge and was very grateful to lady on reception who helped solve the issue so all good in the end
