Well maintained, clean and comfy hotel in a quiet area. Only 15 minutes in a taxi to the city centre and a 10 minute walk to the Port

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at BQ Augusta Hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, and the hotel itself was well maintained. The pool area was one of the highlights — large, relaxing and very enjoyable, especially after a day exploring Mallorca. We also had a very good experience at the hotel restaurant, where the food was tasty and reasonably priced. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and relaxed, which made it a nice place to return to at the end of the day.
There were, however, a few drawbacks.
Some details of the property felt slightly dated and could benefit from a refresh. The location is also a little removed from the centre of Palma, so it is not the most convenient option if you want to explore the city mainly on foot, although getting around by car, taxi or public transport is quite easy.
The staff were always polite and professional, although our interactions sometimes felt a little more formal and impersonal than particularly warm or welcoming.
The hotel was also quite expensive for the overall experience. While the stay was certainly comfortable and enjoyable, considering the slightly dated feel and the location, the value for money could have been better.

Wasn't given the room I booked. Was very busy with work and did not notice it until two days into stay. Manager told me that she had been calling my room to tell me that the room I booked was ready, but I was not in the hotel. Don't understand why she would not call my mobile. Stuck me in a basement room with no ventilation for two days, before moving me to the type of room I booked. Nobody seemed to care. No customer service.
