Staff really helpful especially at reception. Easy access to city by bus (25 mins approx). Great pool. Variety of food at breakfast. Some decent restaurants nearby and small supermarkets. Rooms and bathroom ( room with pool view) very clean and bright. Very comfortable and sizeable beds. Great small terrace with table and chairs overlooking pool.
Quality of food at breakfast could be better. The coffee really poor from machines. Bathrooms need an extractor. Bar snacks should be available until later for late arrivals. No kettle in room is a significant negative. Corridor carpets could do with a good clean or upgrade. Swimming pool only opens at 10 and closes early. Understand not too late in evening given noise but an early morning swim 7 onwards would be appreciated.

Lovely location near Cala Major. Staff were really pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. Very comfortable room with modern bathroom and TV. Nice pool which we enjoy too. We did not have the breakfast.
Nothing in particular. Buses to Palma may be infrequent on the weekend.

Food is really good. Chef is also very pleasant!
Hotel itself is a bit tired and room kinda small but it has all the amenities and it is clean - one downside tho is that there is no kettle / tea / coffee in the room
location is a 5 minute walk to the beach, which is public - has 2 sides with one VIP sun bed area (I believe was 130 euros for 2 sunbeds and the umbrella) and the other side is more logical (30 euros)

The hotel employees were nice, the breakfast was decent, the hotel provides a shower for guests departing after check-out
The surroundings are not very nice, and the carpet around the hotel is quite outdated. Room cleanliness could be improved, there was some mold in the bathroom and no fan for ventilation. After every shower, the bathroom floor was flooded, likely due to an issue with the shower door. Some of the machines in the gym also didn’t work
