The hotel is situated in a fabulous location. I loved the Spanish feel about the hotel. Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. The food choices and presentation were excellent and something for everyone. Loved that there was a regular bus with the stop right out side the hotel. Easy for getting to the airport.
I'm being picky with this but no real problem. Too many sun beds crammed next to each other. Would have preferred more comfortable quality furniture for watching the evening show. Plastic chairs looks cheap but worked well when it rained.

The staff, the location.
There was no air con in my room, it was a built in fan and not ideal in 30+ degrees.

It was old and outdated, service poor and nowhere it said that half the day the hotel was in the shadow. With only a handful of sunbed in 1 corner of terrace with sun all day. Breakfast unorganised with very slow service of eggs etc. I just wanted to take over it myself.
