me and my family stayed at this hotel for only 2 night but was enough to fall in love with this property , the location is amazing, the view to sea, a really nice pool with a magical view of the port , no complains at all.
a bit noisy (because of the restaurant up stairs) but nothing big .

Location is great, just a short walk to bars and restaurants in Cala Major, or you can get the bus easily to Palma and to Illetas. Breakfast was delicious, served overlooking the marina. Room had a lovely view, was very clean and had a good shower.
It was a shame not to have a proper hotel reception - you had to self check in after 6pm, which actually was very straightforward but required a few email exchanges, and if you needed anything you had to go to the office, not sure why the accommodation person in the office doesn't sit at the hotel reception? But they were very helpful anyway.
TV in room didn't work but that wasn't really a problem.

Nice room. Comfy bed, great to have tea/coffee making facilities & fridge.
Kayak rental was a nice extra.
There was never anyone on reception. I was sent correct then incorrect check-in links and the room details inc key safe number were for a different booking reference. I could not speak to anyone about this at all.
The fire alarm went off and no staff said a thing. We could not get out of the doors used to access the lift area which appeared locked (first floor) and it was confusing, people were just sticking their heads out of the doors and not evacuating. Ended up leaving via the door with the red bar after starting to panic that we could not get out.
