Staff are exceptional and very attentive.
Good quality breakfast available each day and hotel overall had a very relaxing and welcoming vibe.
It is a bit of a walk from centre of Palma but situated on a good bus route.
The dinner menu was small but good quality food.
The room was a bit dated and had no floor length mirror and very little sockets
