Quite good

The view from my room is fantastic. Staffs are nice. Not too far from restaurants, shops and a mall.

I miss the water-cooker. Beds aren't attached to each other so my boyfriend is always on the floor between the beds...

Очень прекрасное место для отдыха

Очень красивый вид, чистота и уборка на высшем уровне, постоянно свежие полотенца, каждый день влажная уборка, кровать очень удобная. Очень понравился отель.

Холодильник не работал, нет кондиционера - а что же летом там!? Отель немного на горке и дойти туда очень сложно, только автомобиль. Мне не повезло с персоналом, один из администраторов просто тыкнул в меня пальцем и поманил пальцем, что есть не очень культурный жест и мы заселились в 15 30, когда заезд был с 15 00, мы были очень уставшие и нам было важно заселиться быстрее.

Zwischenübernachtung in Palma

Das Zimmer hatte alles, was notwendig ist. Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, dusche und WC separat. Balkon mit Tisch und 3 Stühlen. Schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen

Leider, das ist aber wohl der neue Stil auf Mallorca, Recht hohe Preise für Getränke aus dem Automaten. Wird aber durch die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter wieder wett gemacht

Больше всего понравилось месторасположение , удобно добраться в любую точку города

Неудобство кровати и подушек, и проблемы с душем , для цены которая затребована возможно необходимо на это уделить внимание

A Great First Experience In Mallorca

Overall the stay was amazing! The staff was sweet and helpful spoke English and Spanish! It is about 20 minute taxi ride from the airport and a 10 minute walk to the cruise port. The views were beautiful. The hotel was next to the mall. Breakfast was super yummy with a beautiful view. Totally recommend, worth your buck!

Bien, pero las fotos de booking engañan

El balcón con vistas al mar. Hay aparcamiento gratuito alrededor. .

Tenía azulejos rotos en la ducha y marcas de humedad en la mampara. Las fotos de Booking engañan un poco, parece espectacular y es normal

La ubicación

Las instalaciones del Hotel son un poco antiguas, la habitación pequeña con el baño abierto nada más entrar, la cama de matrimonio no demasiado cómoda. A 142€ la noche sin desayuno…

Enjoyable break in a decent hotel

Room was spacious, clean and huge terrace with table and chairs as well as two sun loungers, great view over the harbour. Staff were friendly. Pool area was spotless.

No kettle in room. 35 euros (15 euros deposit was returned) to hire a safe for the 5 nights. Id have expected this to be included with the price.

Vi havde booket 1 nat og skulle bare slappe af efter 4 dags vandring i bjergene. Der var roligt og dejligt på og omkring

God beliggenhed og god udsigt.

Hotel skal huske at gøre opmærksom på at det ligger i flere etager og der er den del trapper. Der er elevator til værelserne med til resultant og pool område er det mange forskellige niveauer.

It was a good location and as far as value for money went it was good

Stunning views of palma and the port. The pool area was exceptional air on was good and reliable. WiFi was good

The food was disappointing and very repetitive over our five nights.

They made it very clean each day, beds were comfy Changed the room for the new and nice one with a great view Comfortable beds

Firstly they gave us the worst room which wasn’t worth the price, even the air conditioning wasn’t working: after complaining we got much better one. Half an hour or more by bus from the centre Need to walk up a lot on steps

They need to change the attitude and the services

The location was very good even though it is not very close to the city center. It is close to the bus station that take you to the city center so it was alright. We also liked the breakfast which was various.

What I didn't like was the behaviour of some of the staff. I reported 3 times that the air conditioning system wasn't working and nobody came to fix it. The 4th time, which was in our last night, the receptionist gave us a fan which wasn't enough at all. They didn't even care about how uncomfortable the heat was for us.

Great value!

Lovely view from the balcony, clean rooms and facilities, lovely pool looking over the harbour. Lots of choice for breakfast and reasonably priced bar for drinks, would definitely stay here again. Bus ride away from the centre of Palma but we rented bikes for the weekend from the hotel which was a great way to get around.

Staff weren't as helpful as other hotels I have stayed at when it came to renting bikes.

Good value for money

The pool and outdoor area were absolutely fantastic, and offered wonderful views of the port. The staff at the pool bar area were also incredibly accommodating and much friendlier than others encountered.

Quite difficult to access by foot - you have to go down some dodgy, narrow roads and lots of hidden steps to get down to the main harbour. From there it is about a 40 minute walk to the main town. We also did not get a balcony as advertised, we simply had a metal bar right outside our window.

Nice, clean hotel near harbour of Palma

Such a lovely and clean hotel with good facilities. Located near the harbour of Palma. 5 min walk from the hotel is a shopping centre and terrace with nice restaurants. Castle Bellver is a 20min walk and a walk to Palma city is about 45min. Public transport is very good. Lots of buses, easy to get to town. Daily cleaning and fresh towels if you wish.

The hotel is on a hill. So it requirers some excersise to get there. (Steps or walking up hill). It was ok for us, but not good for people with limited mobility. The room was a bit strange. There wasn't really a proper bathroom. The sink and shower were in the actual room where the beds are, and the shower also had a glass window, not private enough. However balcony is nice and great views!

Could be better

I love the space of the room, the layout and my balcony space. Good to sun out on the balcony, I can even work out on the balcony.

Didn't enjoy my showers as the shower area was very limited and there was no shelf to hold my amenities (I had to put them on the floor). There were gaps in the shower area that goes into to the living space thus I was a bit cautious with my shower giving me the feeling that the space is very cramped. Placement of the balcony as it linked up with other balconies, noise travel and I don't feel very safe if I don't close or draw the curtains in the room.

Our room was in a very noisy position and we could not sit out on the balcony due to it being overlooked and not having a view.
