Breakfast was very good ….the pool was excellent.
Breakfast coffee was terrible. Some sun beds were uncomfortable. The shower in the room was just about accessible.

The Pools were indeed very good. They had a smaller pool with 0,5m for kids and even a nice playground.
I paid the full rate for myself and my daughter—even though she is only three years old, I was charged the full price for her as well.
Our room overlooked the back of the hotel, specifically the trash area. The room provided only the bare essentials, such as basic furniture and towels. No water, lotion, slippers, or other small amenities were provided.
Although the hotel is advertised as all-inclusive, we had to pay extra for pool towels—something I have never experienced before. Once again, bottled water was not provided. Alcoholic beverages and juices are available, but the only water offered is tap water.
There is also a lack of security at the hotel. My flip-flops were stolen by the pool, and there was nothing the hotel could do about it. Also, be aware that the lifeguard is not always present. Overall, I felt unsafe during our stay.
As for the dining service, the food was decent, but the service was far from the best. The waitstaff constantly clear plates, and if guests aren’t careful, their plates may be taken before they have a chance to finish their meal.
Overall, I feel that the hotel is far too expensive for what it offers, and the all-inclusive package leaves a lot to be desired. We will not be returning.
