The hotel has everything that you might require for an accommodation where you're going to spend the majority of your time out of the hotel. Nothing is missing, but nothing is wow.
While I liked the hotel as a facility, however the team, I believe, requires no less than 3 to 6 months of dedicated training on how to smile, and eventually how to deal with customers; also (while some of the staff can speak English ) the others that can not have to appreciate people who cannot speak Spanish, as they kept engaging with me in conversation in Spanish, as if I had to understand them.
Frankly the team friendliness should be revisited by the management.
