The place was gorgeous. So clean, the rooms were comfortable, the amenities were awesome. We loved the spa

The staff was really friendly and helpful
We found cockroaches and other insects. Some tiles in the bathroom were broken and the head shower as well

The hotel was clean the beds were comfortable
We were initially given a room on the fourth floor overlooking a car park, which I was very unhappy with. Fortunately, the hotel was able to move us to another room, the view room the room was better, although nothing particularly special.
The room itself was quite small considering the price I paid. In the positive side the bed was extremely comfortable and probably the best thing about the stay
There was a good choice for breakfast but overall the food was mediocre
The staff were pleasant enough but could have been friendlier.
The location was ok although it could have been better.
Overall the hotel was quite expensive for what it offered,and there were several areas where I think it could improve.
