Staff so friendly and helpfull.
Having to second guese if there was a kettle or conversion socket available, having no option to purchase milk to make a cup of tea in the room. Although the staff did help with our requests.
Not being able to get in taxi outside hotel to leave, although the porter who helped to take our suitcases x4, as we have disabilities all the way to a main road was exemplary over 200 metres!!! Seems taxi they booked for us wouldnt pick up due to an event in square.

Great location for the Gothic Quarter and the Barcelona Cathedral. We only spent one Sunday night here but arrived early and the hotel graciously stored our luggage until our room was ready. We attended Mass at the beautiful Cathedral and then later were pleasantly surprised with a parade directly outside the hotel for the Corpus Christi celebration. The room was clean & modern, beds were comfortable. In the morning we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast buffet with many options in the wonderful original old world European basement.
