The parking place was ok. It is right in front of the hotel.
The location of the old city is far. We used Bolt to go there.

Stayed for 1 night as we were travelling through Zadar. Incredible friendly staff. Easy to access by car and park for free right in front of the hotel. We also had dinner in the restaurant which was absolutely phantastic and at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was really great too, good selection and very tasty.
The location is a bit out of the way if you want to visit the center of Zadar, which was not in our plan, so not a problem. We just needed a place for a quick overnight stay.

The hotel and restaurant seem to be pristine and fresh. Everything is perfectly clean and during the record heatwave we were getting fresh bed set and towels every day. The AC in the room was a life-saver. The staff is very kind and friendly. The restaurant is very high class, offers home-made goods (hot bread for breakfast and meats roasted in sight) plus discount for guests. There are 3 shopping centres close to the hotel and cats running around.
No major negatives, only a warning that the hotel is located by a busy road, so if you like to sleep with open windows, it's quite noisy even at night. And if you don't have a car, the distance to main city attractions becomes tiring soon.

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The room (and hotel) were very clean and tidy. As we were leaving early in the morning, they made us packed lunches for the ferry. There is a supermarket very handy to the hotel. Good aircon. Bathroom a good size.
Wifi wasn't great, but could work around it.
