Patio 28 is a beautifully remodeled two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury villa offering a fresh and inviting retreat surrounded by the peaceful natural beauty of Sleepy Hollow Beach Resort. Thoughtfully updated with comfort and relaxation in mind, this spacious villa combines modern finishes, an open-concept design, and wonderful outdoor living space, making it an ideal choice for families or friends vacationing together.
The bright, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area creates a welcoming central gathering space where everyone can relax and enjoy time together. The comfortable living area features a queen-size sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping accommodations while maintaining the villa’s spacious and uncluttered feel. The well-appointed kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, making everything from casual breakfasts to relaxed family dinners easy and enjoyable.
The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and provides a relaxing retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom is especially well suited for children or additional guests, offering twin bunk beds plus a third twin bed. Together with the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area, Patio 28 comfortably sleeps up to six guests.
One of the highlights of Patio 28 is its wonderful back deck overlooking the villa’s peaceful natural surroundings. Surrounded by greenery, this private outdoor space is perfect for enjoying morning coffee, an afternoon spent reading, or a quiet evening relaxing after a day along the shores of Lake Michigan.

This is our fourth visit, and we plan to be back next year. Our entire extended family tends to come (and rent multiple units). Everyone loves it. Such a great vibe, beautiful property, beautiful beach and pool. Very relaxing. Would love to go back right now!

My 2 daughters and I enjoyed very much our stay. Location and surroundings were wonderful!
I would recommend to have a paved waking path to the beach. Walking on the grass when wet and freshly cut is not pleasant!

We had a great stay here. The units are very comfortable, the grounds pristine and child-friendly. These units are within a resort, which we didn't realize when we booked, but really ended up really appreciating. We enjoyed letting the kids run around, play on the playground and spent everyday at the pool or on the beach. The available bikes are nice touch, although if you want to be able to go off-property, you'll need to rent from somewhere else or bring your own. We were disappointed that the children's program was not offered as advertised, but there was still plenty to do throughout our two week stay. Great pool, great beach, amazing sunsets = fantastic family vacation.

Great location. Beach was large quiet and beautiful-plenty of chairs for anyone to use. The grounds were very well maintained and sports equipment was plentiful. Our children loved the playground and pool as well. Our condo was very clean with two spacious outdoor sitting areas and was overall well equipped. The wifi went out a couple of times and we didn’t have great phone service as a heads up (Verizon and TMobile—not fault of resort just caution for anyone wanting to work remotely). We brought our own bikes and it was so easy to just bike into downtown to visit all the shops and restaurants!
