Gateway 52 is a spacious and inviting two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa offering a comfortable blend of luxury, convenience, and family-friendly accommodations. Thoughtfully designed for families and groups, this well-appointed villa provides plenty of room to relax and enjoy everything Sleepy Hollow Beach Resort has to offer.
The open living, dining, and kitchen area creates a welcoming gathering space for spending time together, whether enjoying a leisurely breakfast before heading to the beach or relaxing after a full day of resort activities.
The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, while the second bedroom is designed as a spacious bunk room with flexible sleeping accommodations. One bunk features two twin beds, while the second offers a full-size bed on the bottom with a twin bed above, making Gateway 52 especially well-suited for families traveling with children or larger groups.
Gateway 52 features central air conditioning for added comfort throughout the summer season. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the basement, which is accessed through an exterior entrance on the east side of the building.
Guests also enjoy access to Sleepy Hollow Beach Resort’s exceptional amenities, including 1,000 feet of private Lake Michigan beach, an Olympic-sized heated swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, beautifully maintained grounds, and activities for guests of all ages. With its spacious accommodations, versatile bunk room, and easy access to the resort’s many amenities, Gateway 52 provides a wonderful setting for a memorable Lake Michigan vacation.

A perfect spot for a family vacation. The living space of the house is small, with a very small TV.Kitchen is open-concept and brand new! One bedroom/bath combo was quite large and comfortable. The bunk room, with double beds, was very small, attached to a very small bathroom. NO room to put things, so challenging if there are more than two adults in there. Property is fabulous. Staff is extremely accomodating and professional, and really work to ensure that everything you need is available. Highly recommend Sleepy Hollow for a week of relaxing and enjoying Michigan.We will be back!

2 bedroom 2 bath. Nice kitchen with plenty of essentials. Comfortable beds. Our unit could have used a little more cleaning detail. But overall, good.

Great first experience at Sleepy Hollow. Arrived before our unit was available, but had access to the grounds for our kids to play on the playground equipment and explore. The beach was great, kids enjoyed the large pool. Basketball court was used daily by our son. Kids tie-dyed shirts during the kids activities. Our unit was clean and perfect for a family of 5 with younger kids. Would definitely recommend to others and plan on coming back again!

It was super clean, well-equipped in the kitchen and comfortable for our family of 5. Also, whenever we needed help with anything, Dale, the property manager was always there to help and super nice. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and the landscaping is beautiful. Would definitely stay again!
