Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Patio 23 is the perfect size for our family of 4. We love the location and that we're able to be close to other members of our party. The cleaners did a wonderful job cleaning the unit. However, we weren't able to access the unit on the first day until 6pm because they were running behind. No one was in the office for us to talk to at check in. The unit has all the items we need in terms of kitchen supplies and furniture but the rugs and couch are starting to look pretty worn/permanently dirty. We're glad that Sleepy Hollow has continued the morning arts & crafts. The kids always like the tie dye and the picture frames. Please consider bringing back more engaging activities like the scavenger hunt!

Beds and couch was horrible and very uncomfortable and the pool was closed 2 1/2 days due to staffing issues, probably will not return to Sleepy Hollow again
