Our room was great but our friends room facing pool was very hot. Breakfast was substantial, some of the staff were attentive, cleaners were excellent, quiet location

We had a fabulous stay here at this resort . After a hot day driving around sightseeing to have the pool to come back to was amazing . Had a wonderful dinner one night otherwise a 5 minute drive into Lecce easy . Rooms clean and well presented had the larger room which gave a lounge room and a bed room which was nice . Staff friendly .

Comfortable family room, nice breakfast, friendly staff.
The use of the swimming pool is free but the umbrella needs to be rented at an extra cost of €20 which felt a bit exaggerated for hotel guests.

Restaurant courtyard was very pretty. Pool was very nice but see comments below. Junior suite Room was spacious and we enjoyed having some outside space.
Bathroom shower needed some updating.
The pool was lovely BUT they charge hotel guests €17.50 to sit in sunbeds by the pool with an umbrella. If you don’t pay for these sunbeds you do get a sunbed but by the grass area a little way from the pool. Public can pay to use the pool so one afternoon there were about 30 young adults using the pool so we were crammed into a corner when the nice sunbeds were all free. Shouldn’t have to pay for using sunbeds as a hotel guest. We left as couldn’t relax. Mentioned on checkout but hotel reception just weren’t interested.
