Such a beautiful hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was amazing. Breakfast was included and great. I can’t say enough good things about it. It was our first time there and this will always be our stay while in Porto Alegre. Very convenient located as well if need/prefer to stay by the airport.
The only thing I found different was that parking had to be paid separately but hotel guests have a special rate.

Beds are very comfortable and spacious room. Staff are very friendly and made me feel welcome.
Breakfast was below average: Old/dry sliced bread, fruits were not “ready” (strawberries at the buffet were green). Room service was alright, but they don’t give you a tray to eat in bed so if there are more than one person you can’t both eat tog
