Very clean and quiet hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The facilities were a bit basic and the beds weren’t the best

Breakfast area and contents were not good.
Reviews mentioned they were happy to pick up etc but when asked they basically said no. This was the part that left the worst taste in our mouth. “It’s only a 15 minute walk (with luggage) to the bus terminal”.
It’s a serviced apartment style, at best.
Not near the ski fields but fairly near to echo land.
Rooms very outdated.
Definitely being a bit harsh but the glowing reviews of this place are misleading.
