Property is in a great location and very clean. The private onsen you can reserve was so nice to have. Very cute spot and the owners really made it wonderful! They took the time to make sure we had everything we needed and even helped make sure we could get where we needed to go during and at the end of the trip. We really appreciated them!

The couple who run the place are lovely and very helpful, they picked us up and dropped us off at the train station, as well as helping us throughout our stay with directions, etc. The room was spacious with a large bed and it was serviced daily replacing the towels, water, etc. The private onsen was easy to book and was beautiful, very relaxing after snowboarding.

Private Onsen was wonderful, no need to worry about traveling to the busy public ones in the area. The owner Takao was very friendly and extremely helpful. Will come back every time I visit Hakuba. Gear room was great, gear would be toasty warm every morning.
don't have one negative thing to say. Maybe not the best place for anyone looking for a party spot. It was nice to come back to a quiet building and rest up for the next day of deeeep deep pow. Takao will also suggest which mountain will be riding the best if you ask him.
