We like everything. The buffet breakfast and dinner were amazing. The room was spacious with great view. Staff have been very helpful and nice. We did not expect that a staff initiated to drive us to the train station. He just offered it when we checked out. It’s so kind of him.

breakfast was good; dinner was expensive if it was not included; the booking could have specified that many restaurants nearby in summer will be closed; so it is advisable to book the rooms with dinner too. some of the younger staff are less knowledgeable, likely due to the language barrier. However the senior staff are excellent. we want to special mention a staff, Takayaki Yakumura and the most senior male staff. They were excellent in their service
The hotel could have provided some transport between hotel and station or nearby locations, instead of relying only on the allocated bus timing, as the timing were very limited and not all timing could reach the destinations
