所々に小さな花瓶のお花や絵画など、おもてなしの心を感じました。
食事も美味しかった。レストランの窓から見える緑や景色も最高です。
美しい白馬の山々が露天風呂から眺められ最高でした。
スタッフの方皆が感じよく、お部屋を出る時もベットメイキングの方も気持ち良く送り出して下さいました。
バスタオルの替えが、お風呂場に置いてあると助かりました。
日帰り用のお風呂の方にアメニティが少なかったところ。

The view and breakfast
Too far away from the main road, impossible to walk around without a car (mainly because of the heavy snow) and staff doesn’t speak English well so it’s hard to communicate.
Me and my family were stuck for 2 hours in Hakuba Station without any help and assistance from the staff to get to the hotel. They say in the messages to get in contact by phone as soon as you get into the station but it didn’t work at all. In the end, we had to take a taxi to get to the hotel and move around but it’s not that simple because there’s not so many in the village and they’re always busy.
