The welcome from Jackie and Gary really is lovely, it feels more like a welcome from family members rather than a check in. The room was lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable. Good access and walking distance to the sea-front and transport connections, bus and train. The breakfast is amazing. The produce aren't you're standard cafe/hotel items, but more premium quality sausage,bacon and eggs.
Couldn't have wished for a better stay.

Decor and very old fashioned bedding, room looked very tired.
