The breakfast was great. Our room and the whole of the house were all really beautifully decorated and interesting. Allesandra couldn't be more welcoming. We felt so comfortable at Relais Delle Rose, and the added bonus of a swimming pool was wonderful. Also, the grounds were enormous and very quiet. Apart from the occasional siren, all we could hear was birdsong. We were very near to two very good supermarkets, so we could easily buy anything we needed. T
It is a bit strong to say we didn't like the location. If it hadn't been remote it would have been noisy and it most certainly was not. We just thought that had we stayed for longer than a week, it would be nice to have more facilities within easy reach.

Ligging in een prachtig park en niet ver van het centrum
De kamers zijn sterk verouderd en toe aan een update. Hoewel in de geest van het landgoed is een een modernisering van de kamers echt nodig. Het is geen uitnodiging om te blijven.

La villa è da fiaba, le stanze grandi e il terrazzo con vista giardino incantevole e molto intimo, mi è sembrato di essere in un'altra epoca per qualche giorno!

Es una localización de cine, literalmente. Nos recordó muchísimo a la casa de la película Call Me by Your Name. Más que buscar las comodidades de un alojamiento de 4 o 5 estrellas, si te decides por Relais delle Rose es por la experiencia de pasar unas noches en una mansión rodeada de arte y antigüedades, en medio de un bosque muy, muy frondoso.
Para nosotros, la experiencia fue un sueño y no paramos de sacar fotos. La dueña fue súper amable y solo podemos estar agradecidos por la acogida. Disfrutamos muchísimo de la piscina, del entorno y de todos los objetos maravillosos que hay en la casa.
Si volvemos a Lecce, repetiremos sin duda, Grazie Alexandra!
