Only stayed at Besakih Beach Hotel for 1 night as our flight was delayed 13 hours.
The room was lovely, the pools fab and the staff were great. The location is amazing, right on the Sanur boardwalk, what could be better!!
There was a small leak from under the bench in the bathroom but it didn’t bother us. We didn’t have a chance to report it as we left at 3.45am for the airport.

I enjoyed staying at the Besakih Hotel, staff were friendly and prompt to act. The walk through the grounds to the pool and beach gave a charm to the tradition of the hotel. It is an older hotel, I would definitely stay again, it felt homely. Great location.

Good Location
The pool was dirty and when I told them day after day they kept saying that no one has mentioned it. They made no effort. Both pools were covered in algae. I went up and down the beach front from the port to the far end by bike and they had the dirtiest pools that I saw. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. The AC quit working randomly. The bathroom was not cleaned properly before we arrived. The mirror was filthy.
