Pros: Complimentary mini bar minus alcohol. The rooms are very well appointed and modern. Our room had a slight pool view but mainly overlooking the roof of the on site shop. Bed comfortable. About an 8 min walk to the shops to the south. The breakfast is delightful. Great range of food and served relatively promptly. Just annoying that it is a la carte.
Overall: Not worth the room rate. The Hyatt next door is much better value.
Cons: No decent lounge here like at the Hyatt next door. This lounge only offers tea, coffee, apple juice and a few snacks, so it's hardly worth the bother. Pools are small and shaded with insufficient pool chairs. There should be more pools and less garden/fish ponds. Very slow and inefficient check in which took 45 mins which was very disappointing. The lobby at the hotel entrance is sub standard, with few staff, a few haphazardly placed chairs and it being small and basic with no presence. It's a real let down to arrive at such an underwhelming lobby considering the rate per night. The breakfast is a la carte which again is disappointing. No one wants to pay a high room rate with breakfast and not get a buffet, however as noted above the quality of food at breakfast is excellent. The toilet room door is very difficult to open/close as it is very heavy and stiff. There is little soundproofing between rooms despite the hotel only being built/opened in 2021, with noise being heard from the rooms alongside and above at all hours of the day.

Comfortable rooms and amenities, great access to beach and Jalan raya sanur.
Expensive for the time of year and the overall offer, not representative of value for money.

Our toddler had a great time at the kids club.
The access to the bikes for rides along the promenade was also great.

Great location right on the beach in Sanur, some decent restaurants and activities in this site. The location didn't feel too busy and had lots of space.
Very expensive for the offering, staff were not great with some being simply rude & with no Gym on site (you need to use Hyatt - when the gate is open). A lot of the time I felt like an inconvenience to the team.
