Location,great facilities and choices of entertainment.
Very pleasant staff.
As Australians we're non demanding and enjoy what's on offer.
At night we were disturbed by the doors banging. People should realise that they are heavy and need to be closed gently not walk in and let it slam shut.

The Beach, the pool, the bar and especially the entertainment on an evening, they were all fantastic!
two of the main power points didnt work, the one next to the kettle and the one under the TV.
Our toilet blocked a few times.
The air conditioner leaked water onto the floor.

The pool is great however you cannot find a pool chair people put their towels down and leave for hours. They say they monitor it but they definitely do not.
The food at the restaurants and pizza were not so good . Our fourth time here . This time it has dropped its standard definitely not a 5star as they claim. The concierge Addie was rude the others were very nice. The receptionists were also not as friendly as they use to be. We asked to be moved because of mould . Speaking to other guests it is a common occurrence. The spa is hit and miss who you get.
