This hotel was absolutely outstanding a beautiful establishment.
The rooms were absolutely beautiful, well equipped and comfortable.
They supplied everything a person would require on vocation, coffee machines- outstanding coffee.
Service was outstanding, staff were extremely helpful, room was beautiful with clean shower and bathroom, well equipped with cupboards for cloths and a TV that has all channels available including world news.
They supplied a bicycle at no extra cost.
Staff went over and above for service and good customer service.
The area was easily accessible to the beach, restaurants and shops.
The carpet in the room could do with a clean.
Booking out should be a bit later, maybe 1 pm
Restaurant on site is outsourced and wasn’t that great.

Small boutique hotel in the heart of Sanur. Pool was lovely and could always get a lounger by the pool.
Restaurant menu was a bit limited. Staff could be proactive in service to the pool area. Can be noisy not due to the hotel, just the location. Street is very busy and local restaurants have bands playing

Location and room were great, and everything was how described on Booking.com - quiet room and walk close to beach as well.
Unable to put costs back to the room because of independent restaurant - the ladders into the pool wasn't great and also pointed out by other guests, round metal steps that was harsh on the bottom of feet but also potential to slip off. If I was the Hotel I would replace with comfortable safer steps. But dont get me wrong this didn't ruin the stay!

The location was great with many restaurants and bars in close proximity. Lovely large room.
The hotel is quite dated and the bathroom shows it. The bed was not comfortable as I thought it was 'lumpy'. My husband didnt mind it. The pool was fine but if you want sun you would have to be very quick. Only sun for a very short time. The pool area looks a lot better on the website than actual. Breakfast was adequate but not inspiring.
