Size of the room and the bath. Also thought the staff were lovely and attentive. Location also fabulous.
The rooms and the resort generally had a dated feel to it, broken equipment like the loungers by the pool The sliding glass doors in the room do not shut properly and have a wide gap and the glass on both the door and balcony had a green mould/ moss on them. The furnishings / cushions in the room were very dated as was the day bed on the balcony. None of those impacted my stay but the price point is high and Id expected something in better condition. The breakfast buffet was very dull and basic from a selection perspective, the coffee was good.

Location & Ruv restaurant -room was nice
Our noisy inconsiderate neighbours. The lagoon pool rooms should be adult only rooms. We had children jumping and screaming in the lagoon pool the entire 2 days we stayed . It’s is not suited for this . Outdoor area off lagoon rooms are not private enough.
