Very relaxing, beautiful room & pool, fantastic food, great staff.
No shops close by but there was a free shuttle to transfer in and out of Sanur.

We had a wonderful experience here! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay feel very special. The gardens are beautiful and meticulously maintained, creating a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. We also absolutely loved the pool setting; it is a gorgeous area, and the floating cushions in the pool were a fantastic touch for relaxing. To top it all off, the food was delicious. We highly recommend this place!
Overall we enjoyed our time here, and when we had a small cleanliness issue, it was fixed very quickly. That being said, some of the facilities could use a bit of maintenance. The gym feels a little outdated because the materials are getting old, the yoga mats are falling apart, and the space could use a deep clean. The pool area could also use some care, as the towels are worn out and ready to be replaced, and some of the umbrellas have seen better days.

Maybe just more vegetarian/vegan options but I understand we are a small percentage of people and the staff would offer to make anything vege if needed which was kind of them.
