Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Two pools to pick from and the private pool was a bonus. If you want to be away from the main area of Sanur this is the location for you.
Location was too far away from the central area. You need to catch a Grab/Taxi to get to restaurants. The food including breakfast was terrible quality and very limited for choice. Servicing of the room was not consistent. We had a private pool and had to ask for the pool area to be cleaned as you could tell this had not been done between guest.

The staff were so welcoming and attentive, the gardens were pretty and our villa was spacious and peaceful. We've stayed in several places in Sanur and this was our favourite.
No complaints at all. It's a beautiful place.

The bed
Old property, villa pools don’t get the sun so are freezing cold. Always had to chase down staff for drinks and other items. No bacon for breakfast. Noisy kites all day above you.
