The location is amazing! very close to public transportation.

The location is fantastic! very close to the train , tram and buses, yet the area is pretty quiet. the room was clean and very spacious.

i did not like that i have to count every tools, furniture in the room.

Struttura poco insonorizzata, terribile puzza di fumo (di sigaretta) al nostro ingresso e difficoltà a relazionarsi con lo staff.

Nice apartment but hot and NOISY

Nice apartment.

No air con so was far too hot. Biggest problem was the noise. Impossible to sleep, and especially the building site outside the window starting up at 7am.

Great value for money, v clean and simple, bring ear plugs

Clean, simple, easy to get into, bathroom was nicely styled and done, good size.

No fan or air conditioning which was tough during 34 degree days, difficult to sleep at night with this. Some of the people in the other flats were playing music through speakers at 2am which was not nice, wasn’t even a weekend night either.

Good

The apartment was in a great location, it was possible to walk to all the important places in the city. There were several restaurants and shops nearby, as well as a railway station and several tram stops.

It was a surprise for us that the sink was not fenced off from the room (this is not reflected in the photographs), in addition, the lighting above it turned on if someone went to the toilet, which woke up the second participant in the trip. We received the floor mats and bath towels at first, and the face towels were only delivered after my second email.

most enjoyable stay in a beautiful city + really friendly people!

location was excellent..near station and restaurants and walk to city centre! all facilities provided.

only slight drawback was the noise from trams evening and morning but outweighed by positive location.

Good location, easy to find and access, desk chair and pillows need replacing

The desk chair seat is broken. The bed pillows need replacing.

No xtra pillows, mattress or comforter.The apt only provide 2 pillows. If you bring yr child below 15 yrs ,you ve to share the two pillows only

Great location! Clean and comfortable.

The location is perfect. The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well appointed, with a great espresso machine, and everything needed in a tiny space.

A table rather than a coffee table would be better to eat on. A cutting board that for over the sink would improve the workspace in the kitchen. Slow wifi signal.

The place is clean and not far from the central station.

I definitely recommend the place.

Very good location. Walk distance from the city centre and 2 min distance from a supermarket and train station.

The elevation is extremely small. You barely can go with your luggage. Another bad point for me was that the check out is at 10AM which is very early.

Overall is great and reasonable with the price.

Its located nearby traim station which is quite convenient to move around. I have all necessary equipment for my short trip which is also very helpful.

It would be great if the floor is is wooden or carpet, and not tile which help to warm your feet and so you dont need to put on shoes moving around in the room.

very easy access checking in/out and close to tram system to travel anywhere in the city. Everything inside apt was clean and supplies on hand.

Floor dirty. WI-FI speed test was fast, but did work 10 sec. and then stopped again for half minute. Really really annoying as I didn’t have internet in Switzerland. Customer support gave me even more work and were not really helpful to take it seriously and help fix my problem

Good value for money :)

Very good location, walking distance to the city center and train station. The room was very clean.

Only one thin duvet and additional duvets were not available for free. Internet was down/blocked 1h30 before our check-out Kettle and toaster could have been provided in order to make tea and have a better breakfast.

Superb

The apartment was great so spacious and everything worked really well. It was very handy to have a kitchenette. The laundry was free and easy to use. Very close to public transport and a grocery shop.

The street was a bit noisy with trains and buses and the bed was super squeaky but everything else was perfect

I really enjoyed it!

The property was clean and the area was really close to supermarkets and traind station. If you love to explore the city by foot I could say the city center 15 min away from the apartment.

They might change the pillows but it was not an issue.

Very good

Zurich hotels are always tough unless you have a big wallet. This one is a good budget option (=it would be a mid-range price in other European cities). Serviced apartment which can also serve as a hotel room with a small kitchen and a large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Calm neighborhood, but sufficient number of stores, cafes, etc.

The obligation to send document copies before check-in is easily overlooked and can delay the check-in. The building is a bit devoid of charm.

Misleading photos, terrible quality, typically Swiss.

The location. They accepted to refund me.

The PIN to enter was wrong; I had to wait over 1h to enter the place (well over midnight). The water didn’t flow properly in the shower or sink, the water would leak out of the shower. The kitchen was not equipped and not as advertised in the photos. actually, nothing was advertised as in the photos: the room was smaller, the ‘living room’ area much smaller and the furniture uncomfortable; the bathtub in the photo was just not there. The bed, pillows, and their clothing were all from IKEA. The flat smelled as if someone had smoked heavily for a long time.
