Disappointing. Disrespectful and Dismissive!

A disgraceful experience all around. A specific request was made for a quiet room and was given a room adjacent to several noisy lifts. When I reached out for support, multiple parties blamed one another as Booking.com only utilizes external parties and defaults to an Asian call center on weekends. No host was there to meet me as promised at a specific time resulting in a substantial financial contract being lost given strict meeting times which were obviously delayed. Please see the attached image of the room on the fire escape floor plan - any guesses as to which room I was provided? Furthermore, when I requested a different room, none were available resulting in me having to find another hotel for accommodation. No refund was provided, so $1500 AUD was lost. Add an additional $1500 for an alternate accommodation option and you have a significant financial loss! For the readers, please be aware of the disgraceful support afforded by Booking.com My respectful advice is to always book with hotels directly and you can deal with professionals directly!

Great location. Fantastic view of city. Excellent communication with booking and check in staff. Very comfortable bed.

Room a bit cold at night and unable to adjust temperature control on air conditioner.

Great location with everything you need

Great location and close to everything that I needed. I was in Melbourne for a conference at Crown and it was only a short walk to the conference each day. I was staying on the 28th floor and their was a gorgeous view of the city.

I found it odd that their were no clothes hangers in the wardrobe. I had to lay my clothes over the back of chairs to keep them from creasing.

Will definitely return

Well serviced and comfortable room. I had a couple of issues on arrival but these were quickly dealt with by the team, who were friendly, professional and efficient.

Some of the electricals not working on arrival.

Was very noisy apartment, couldn’t sleep for two nights, we left our chargers in the apartment, I tried to call the pers

Open area size was pretty good of the property

I don’t like to do cleaning, when we about to leave, it must be done by their housekeeping staff

BEST MELBOURNE STAY EVER!

Our experience at the Eureka Apartment was definitely the best moment we ever had at the city of Melbourne. This sky rise apartment offers a remarkable view of the city and enjoy the beauty of every angle of Melbourne. Great restaurants, pubs and the casino is just a walking distance from this place. If I could rate 100 stars for this stay, I would as the properties main host, LEAH deserves 95 stars from it. Looking forward for our next getaway in this fabulous property.
