Location , friendly and helpful staff and value for money
Coffee machine not working at breakfast ( staff did advise us in advance).
Some noise from street late at night.

The room was adequate but the windows did not let in very much light as it faced into a tiny courtyard, this made the room very dark. The pillows were very hard and the mattress was not good quality so sleep was not as comfortable as I would expect.
Better pillows and mattress. A room with more natural light.
