Cons
• The apartment (the cube style ones) are in the middle of a waste ground. It’s very difficult to get to the pool with a pram as there are no paths – just loose stones. You’d struggle if you didn’t walk well.
Our view was weeds, toilets and a JCB tractor.
• The apartment furniture was cheap MDF. Bed was pretty uncomfortable.
• We were charged €6 for a 250 ml cup of lager. It seemed excessive.
• Finding the hotel was a nightmare. The location on Apple Maps is away from the hotel and there are no lit signage for evenings. You would really struggle to find it unless you look during the day. Do not use Apple Maps location! We ended up down some one-track roads, scratching the car, and we definitely weren’t the first for it to happen to from the reaction of the hotel reception, or the walls down the track!
If you stayed at the hotel I’d recommend you use one of the villas and not the cube apartments, as that was our main issue. They seemed unfinished. And organise your directions / print them off if you’re arriving at night!
