Amazing stay!!!
Totally recommend it !!!
This hotel was our last one for our beautiful trip in Crete and it was the best choice for that as we got to see the best sunsets by the beach and relaxed on the super comfortable rooms.
In the room you could find everything you need and it was very clean also we had a welcome wine for us!
It felt like the best goodbye and we would love to come back for more days next time!
Lovely people working there and everyone was so welcoming!!

We had an incredible week at Rethymno Palace celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary.
From the moment we arrived, the fantastic Reception Team made us feel incredibly welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and provided valuable information.
Our room was simply lovely with a stunning view of the pool and sea. The welcome gift was a lovely touch and the housekeeping team did an amazing job keeping the room spotless every day. Every area of the hotel was immaculate and the pool and beach were beautiful and incredibly relaxing.
Hotel is in a great location about 1hr from Heraklion and well worth the bus trip into Rethmyno which was beautiful.
However, the standout feature of our stay was the amazing staff. They were always welcoming and incredibly helpful. A special mention goes to Venizelos, Anissa and Konstantinos, who were a joy and made our stay extra special.

We didn’t find anything we disliked but one suggestion to enhance the experience would be to offer dinner at the beach bar. It’s a stunning location perfect for enjoying a sunset meal.

Spacious hotel with great pool and sea access. Rooms were large .
The sunbed area was small and often no available sunbeds. Room towels were old often threadbare. The colour supposedly white were grey and not very pleasant. €5 deposit on the beach towels which could only be chin the afternoon .
Old fashioned system for checking in took far too long.
Food at breakfast was just about acceptable but long queue for eggs and pancakes . Another cooked food station is required. People don't want to be spending so long waiting.
