I do not usually write reviews or comments, but this time it would be unfair to the hotel staff if I did not.
I stayed at the hotel for 10 days in room 625, and every morning I was greeted with a smile and a cheerful "Kalimera" from the housekeeping staff in the hallway. The entire restaurant team deserves our gratitude, as they were always friendly, smiling, and ready to answer any question.
Well done to all of you!
The staff working around the pool and taking care of the grounds were constantly busy, cleaning, maintaining, and keeping everything in perfect order. Their work was almost invisible to the guests, but if you paid attention, they were always there, making sure everything ran smoothly and that guests were well looked after.
Cleanliness, orderliness, and an outstanding team are what make this hotel special. Thank you all for providing us with such a pleasant and relaxing holiday.
If I ever return to Crete, I will gladly be your guest again, because the people working at this hotel truly deserve a few kind words written about them.
