We loved the swimming pools for the children, they could enjoy splashing and jumping without any issues. There was always enough space for sitting in the pool area. The hotel grounds are beautifully kept, lush mature greenery and flowers everywhere. Plenty of room for sitting and relaxing in the lobby area and outside. It never felt crowded. The staff was amazing. Welcoming and very attentive whether it was the restaurant, Laxmi, Lydia, Mondi and the ladies who were looking after us during our meals and the guys showing us to the table, or the pool bar with always smiling Rahoul, Sophia and Alesia, or the beach bar with lovely Maria. Every interaction was pleasant and they made us feel welcomed. We used the shop on site a few times and Georgia was great advising which sunscreen and after sun care works best. In the evening we were looked after by Giannis in the lobby bar. We enjoyed watching the sunset with the children while playing card games and drinking ouzo. Food was absolutely amazing, we were excited for each meal. Great variety to choose from, fresh and nicely presented. It never felt repetitive. Our children enjoyed tasting different greek meals and loved the deserts and ice-cream. Food is very important for us during our holidays and we were in food heaven. Thank you all!
The room was quite small and the decor and furniture was a bit tired. The shower cubicle looked a bit old. However we spent most of our time outside by the pool or on the beach so it didn't take away from our enjoyment of the beautiful holidays.

We loved some bar staff by the pool upstairs where the animation team did the daily activities. Sofia, Rahoul, Thanasis and the Armenian girl (sorry forgot her name) They were friendly, professional, always with the smile on their face. Anastasia in the bar upstairs at nights was good too. Yannis in the Bar by the reception was exceptional, friendly and professional. But we did not appreciate the queues in the bar after dinner. You should have two barman on this bar at least. Yannis is great but it is slow and drinks take time to make. We found some restaurant staff, even manager th eolder guys not very friendly and helpful at times.
We did not like the slides, the blue one has big gaps and we felt it on our back and bottoms when going down, they need more maintenance. The tiles around the pool when they are wet are extremely slippery, I fell down twice and my daughter fell down once too. The food tasted delicious but we found the variety and choices limited after a week eating the same. The rooms are also out of date. This is meant to be a 5star hotel but I must say, if I compare it to Grecotel Marine Palace and Aqua Park in Panormo, the difference is huge. And your hotel is not cheap either.

The sea front location.
Front desk manager Mr Michaelis was the positive influence on our stay.
Bad access for strollers and reduced mobility.
Even the elevators were very small.
Time and location very limited for drinks and food.
