Our stay at BMORE Duomo was absolutely fantastic from booking to check-out. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The location is unbeatable — literally next to the Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, with the Metro just steps away. A very special thank you to Cristiana, who was amazing throughout our stay. She was incredibly helpful, kind, friendly and genuinely caring. She made us feel so welcome and comfortable that it honestly felt like we were staying at our own sister’s place in Milan! Her warmth and hospitality made an already wonderful stay truly unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or host and would definitely stay here again.

Location was amazing! Just a few short steps from the Milano Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.
As a family of 4 a second bathroom would have been nice. Would book a slightly larger apartment next time if one is available in the building.

The location was unbeatable and the staff who checked us in was wonderful. She kindly let us check out at a later time and was responsive to questions we had.
Breakfast. We were given vouchers for Italian breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and they weren’t that friendly.
