Exceptional

This was the perfect house for an extended stay. We booked for three weeks and loved having this place as a base to explore the area. Contact with the property manager was timely and we had all the information we needed to prepare for the arrival. The house was so quiet and peaceful. It's a hearty 45 minute walk into Assisi so having bikes or a car is necessary. The house has everything you need. There's a well equipped kitchen, so you can stay in and enjoy a dinner on the patio. Grab food and wine from the closest grocery store, just down the hill. Restaurants abound in the neighbouring towns. The bed was comfortable, great water pressure, tv and Wifi perfect for staying connected. The location was perfect for exploring the hill towns. So many places to explore. We made all kinds of good memories and would happily return.

Superb

We had a very nice house with olive trees in the garden near Assisi. Quiet surrounding and good infrastructure (Supermarkt, Pizzeria) near by. Ideal starting point for exploring Umbrian medieval cities. Good informationen compendium at the Villa about the region. On the roof was the best BBQ place with a perfect view ever! A great 'thank you' to our property manager where we always got immediate help.

Superb

Villa RandR is a wonderfull getaway. We loved the seclution and the privacy. The view of the roofterrace is wonderful, especially at sunset. Downstairs we enjoyed the big garden with olivetrees. It was all we had pictured for a wonderful holiday. With a supermarket nearby you have everything you need. The central location is ideal to visit the beautiful medieval villages with the italian atmosphere. The bed is good. The owners and property manager were kind and helpful although we only communicated in writing due to Covid 19. We recomment this place if you ever want to visit beautiful Umbria.

It was a very nice experience and I would recommend it to anybody.

The villa was clean and in a very peaceful location with panoramic views across a valley. The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows, the kitchen was a good size with gas cooker, microwave and even a toaster, which is not so common in Italy.

My only complaint was that the hot water was set too hot, which made it very difficult to adjust the temperature of the water in the shower. I am sure this can be easily fixed. PS. I also hate shower curtains!

Superb

The house is set in a stunning location and we enjoyed the seclusion. A well stocked supermarket and bar were a short walk down the hill. The views from the terrace are spectacular and we spent every evening enjoying watching the sun set whilst eating our meal. There is good walking from the door and we walked to Assisi and Spello as well as the summit of Monte Subasio. We also visited Perugia, a short train ride from the nearby town. The perfect location for relaxing, walking and sightseeing.
