The location and the proximity to Atocha Train Station. Was very clean, and well presented. Near to lots of lovely places to eat and enjoy a safe atmosphere. Thank you.

Phenomenal location very close to the metro. Two minute walk to the best coffee in Madrid (Dabov)
We didn’t know there wasn’t a receptionist so we were confused about the check-in process. But that was the ONLY problem. A truly wonderful place and a great stay.

The property is quite elegant, comfortable enough and offers several appliances that make your stay simpler and easier.
The property was poorly cleaned. There were fingerprints on the doors and tables.
Security was also very limited. We were on the ground floor, and the street-side window had large gaps between the bars, which were easily accessible. And that's almost what happened. One night, around 4:30 a.m., a man tried to break into the house. He broke the blinds, and only managed to escape because the person in the room opened the curtains, causing him to flee. We called the emergency number provided by the property, but they did nothing to help us in our moment of fear. We couldn't even contact the police.
