The location is perfect. The rooms are clean & quiet but also very small.l ;-) especially the shower is too small for a bigger person. We slept well, the beds are very comfortable. We got every day a cleaning as we stayed more than 2 nights, so that was nice. Friendly coffee shop around the corner. Botanical Garden is right across the Streeet.

It was a very easy check in process, location is great, very close to Atocha station and other bus and metro stations, many food options close by. The space was comfortable, clean, quiet, everything needed for a good stay.
The only comment I have, and to agree with other reviews, is that the shower is extremely small. I was able to fit in there but a grown man or a bigger person will not fit in there with the doors closed, no way around it

Hotel is in an excellent location. This place located across the street from a beautiful park and is an easy walk to cafes and restaurants. The hotel is also very close to the train station.
The walls in the room are dirty, so was the bottom of the bed frame. The beds mattress was hard.
