Room was small - but perfectly adequate for 3 people. The beds were comfortable. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job during our stay. The location was fantastic for lovers of city life.
As previously mentioned, the room was small. A bit of extra space would have been nice.

Amazing location, kind staff, clean rooms!
Noisy, can heat everything from the other rooms/corridors. Also, didn’t like that they started fixing something with a screwdriver before 8am in the morning when we wanted to sleep.

It is a great location.
But the rooms are in different parts of at least two buildings. For my room, the walls were thin and I could hear the couple next door arguing for a long while. And it was raining in Madrid and the noise of rain on airconditioning units outside my window was pretty loud all night long. I wasn't expecting luxury - but this was not what I hoped for, and when my flight out was cancelled I chose a different hotel. Also when I called the two numbers on the card I was given, neither picked up.
