The location is their best asset by far. It was a block away from the Metro, a couple of blocks from the Train station. Right next to the Reina Sofia Museum, and within walking distance to some of Madrid's top attractions.
The room was very very small, yet I guess we kind of expected it given it is Europe. It worked for us as a couple, but I can see North American tourists probably not liking how small it was. Same goes for the elevator...

Excellent place. Very well equipped and the front desk person was really kind and helpful. The place was a walking distance to the main turistic places what saved us a lot in translation.

The location and also the room was perfect for me as a solo traveler
I love the way one of the staff guys treated me and answer all of my questions, actually gave me an upgrade because of my booking but one of the guys moved me from the coffee bar kinda rude and I didn’t like that

Great location right by the Reina Sofía and Atocha station
No check in or reception. I was expecting a hotel but maybe my misunderstanding. Getting into the building and room needs internet access. You needed internet to get the WiFi code. Just a system not thought through for internationals who may be struggling to get online.
